Return Policy
Purchases made on NAMYAA online store are eligible for return. We do not accept return of NAMYAA product(s) purchased anywhere else. In order to return your purchase, the following must be true: 1. You have received wrong or damaged product(s). 2. The item has not been used or worn and is in original, saleable condition. 3. You purchased your product(s) from NAMYAA online store. 4. You have the original invoice. 5. The original packaging is intact. 6. If it is within 30 days of the original purchase date you are eligible to receive a Refund. Refunds will be applied to the original form of payment, minus any shipping charges. Once a refund is issued, your banking institution may take up to 10 business for this to be applied to your account.
